We do not operate as a sportsbook, accept wagers, or provide regulated financial advice. All content on this platform is general information, not personalized investment or gambling advice.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Past performance of any algorithm, pick, or prediction is not indicative of future results. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Any picks, grades, or scores generated by PatternMiner are statistical models — not guarantees. You acknowledge that sports betting involves substantial risk of financial loss.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By using KokiBet$, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to comply with local laws.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. Do not share your access key. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the PatternMiner algorithm; (c) redistribute or resell picks without written permission; (d) use automated bots or scripts to access the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, rule sets, and scoring systems are the intellectual property of KokiBet$. The 190 canonical rules and PatternMiner v3.0 engine are proprietary. No portion may be reproduced without express written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOKIBET$ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON OUR CONTENT.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
